Pro Landscaping AI ("we," "our," or "us") provides a customer relationship management (CRM) and field service platform for landscaping businesses. This SMS & Messaging Policy explains how text messaging is used within our platform and the rules that apply to all users.
Our messaging services are strictly for customer care and transactional communications. We do not support cold texting, third-party lead lists, or marketing messages to contacts who have not explicitly opted in.
β Permitted Uses
Text messaging on our platform may only be used for the following purposes:
- Appointment Reminders: Notifying existing customers about upcoming scheduled services
- Service Updates: Informing customers when a crew is en route or has arrived
- Job Confirmations: Confirming service dates, times, and completion
- Billing Notifications: Invoice reminders and payment confirmations

- Your own customers who have directly provided their phone number to your business

β Prohibited Uses
The following messaging practices are strictly prohibited on our platform:
β You may NOT use our messaging services for:
- Cold texting contacts who have not opted in to receive messages
- Purchased or rented lead lists from third-party sources
- Shared leads that were not generated exclusively for your business
- Mass marketing campaigns to unsolicited recipients
- Political or campaign messaging
- High-risk content (SHAFT: sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco)
- Gambling or contest promotions
- Deceptive or fraudulent content
- Messages without proper opt-out instructions
Violation of these policies may result in immediate suspension of messaging capabilities and termination of your account.
π Consent Requirements
Before sending any text message through our platform, you must have obtained proper consent from the recipient. Consent must be:
- Express: The customer must actively agree to receive texts (not pre-checked boxes)
- Informed: The customer must understand what types of messages they will receive
- Documented: You must be able to prove consent was given if challenged
- Revocable: Customers must be able to opt out at any time
For Leads Generated Through Our Ad Campaign Service
All lead capture forms used in our advertising campaigns include mandatory SMS consent language. Leads are generated exclusively from YOUR branded forms and adsβnever purchased from third parties or shared with other businesses. Only leads who check the consent box can receive text messages.

All messages sent through our platform must comply with the following requirements:
- Business Identification: Every message must clearly identify your business name
- Opt-Out Instructions: Include "Reply STOP to opt out" or similar language
- Relevant Content: Message content must relate to services the customer requested
- Reasonable Frequency: Do not send excessive messages that could be considered spam
- Appropriate Timing: Respect quiet hours (generally 8am-9pm recipient's local time)

We take opt-out requests seriously. When a customer replies with any of the following keywords, they will be immediately unsubscribed:

- UNSUBSCRIBE
- CANCEL
- END
- QUIT
After opting out, the customer will receive a confirmation message and will not receive any further text messages from your business through our platform unless they explicitly opt back in.

You must honor all opt-out requests. Continuing to message customers who have opted out is a violation of our policies and federal law (TCPA), and may result in account termination and legal liability.

- Your business name and contact information
